The user is the individual using our Service. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.
We don’t collect any name, surname, address, phone number or password data with any software, website or mobile application of RAY INFORMATICS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ MEDYA DANIŞMANLIK VE EĞİTİM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Most of the data that we use for improving our service quality can be examined as Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This information can include but is not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, general geographic information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, search terms, other applications you have downloaded, and information about the way you use the Application. We draw samples from our users, with the help of third-party analytic tools such as Google Firebase, to analyze your use of our App, understand customer needs and trends and improve our application. We use SDKs to incorporate third-party computer code into our app, which allows our advertising partners to collect data directly from the app to better facilitate online advertising on other websites or the service. If updated in the future, we will incorporate the new features of the SDKs as well to ensure that your data privacy is protected.

Some of our apps generate AI images or videos from photos you upload (app-specific details are provided in the sections below). Here's how this works:
We do not share your photos or facial data with third parties beyond our processing partners, who are contractually obligated to handle data in compliance with privacy regulations.
On-device processing. Calculator inputs (e.g., rates, terms, amounts) and the optional AI Explanation feature run on device using Apple’s Foundation Models. These inputs and generated text are processed locally; they are not sent to our servers for model inference.
No model training with your data. Your inputs and explanations are not used to train or fine-tune models.
Nature of the app. Viven provides guided journals, insights, and practices for personal growth and emotional awareness. It is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
No collection of journal content. All guided journal answers, reflections, notes, moods and similar personal inputs are stored only on your device. We do not collect, store, or access this content on our servers.
On-device storage. Your entries are kept in the app’s local storage on your device. You may delete them at any time from within the app or by removing the app from your device.
No AI Processing. Viven does not use cloud-based AI or machine learning models to process your data. Your journal content is not used to train or fine-tune any models.
Analytics and crash reporting. Viven uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app performance and stability. These tools collect non-personally identifiable usage and crash information but do not include your journal content.
Subscriptions. Viven uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase-related metadata (such as product identifiers and transaction timestamps) but no journal content.
No advertising SDKs. Viven does not include advertising SDKs and does not share data with advertising partners.
Push notifications. If you enable notifications, we may send reminders related to journaling and practices. Notification tokens are processed by Apple/Google for delivery; we do not use them to profile or track users.
What we process. When you tap Generate, the photo you select (which may show people’s faces), your text prompt and the style options you choose are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI processing partner, only to create the video you requested. The app accesses only the photo you pick; it does not scan your photo library.
Who receives it. Replicate, Inc. (replicate.com, United States) generates the video on our behalf as our data processor. Replicate processes this data only to produce your video and is contractually obligated to protect it with safeguards at least equal to those in this policy. You can read Replicate’s privacy policy at replicate.com/privacy.
Your consent. Nothing is sent before you agree in the app. A consent screen explaining what is sent and to whom appears before your first generation. You can review or withdraw consent at any time under Settings → AI Data Sharing; after withdrawal nothing more is sent unless you agree again.
No face analysis or biometrics. The app does not perform face detection, facial recognition or identity verification, and does not create or store face templates, face geometry or any other biometric identifiers. Faces in your photo are processed only as part of an ordinary image input.
Storage and retention. Your photo and prompt are not stored on our servers. Inputs and generated videos are deleted from Replicate’s systems within 24 hours. Generated videos are stored on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
Account and usage records. The app uses an anonymous account (Firebase Authentication) with no name, email or phone number. For each generation we keep a record containing this anonymous ID, the selected style, time, status and whether a free video, subscription or credit was used, to provide your credits and usage limits and to prevent abuse. These records never contain your photo or prompt. You can ask us to delete them at any time at support@rayinformatics.com.
Analytics and crash reporting. The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, performance and stability. These tools do not receive your photos, prompts or videos. The app does not access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Subscriptions and credits. The app uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and credit purchases. RevenueCat receives the anonymous ID and purchase-related information, but no photos, prompts or videos. Payments are processed by Apple.
No other use. We do not use your photos, prompts or videos to train AI models, for advertising, or to identify anyone, and we do not sell or share them with anyone other than the processing partner named above. The app does not include advertising SDKs.
Photos of other people. Only upload photos you have the right to use; if a photo shows another person, make sure you have their permission.
Age. The app is rated 18+ and is intended only for adults.
